EmpowHER Hour
Step into a supportive, empowering space where women come together to learn the fundamentals of weightlifting and strength training. This class is designed for all fitness levels—whether you’re brand new to the gym or looking to sharpen your technique. With expert coaching, you’ll build strength, confidence, and endurance through a blend of lifting, conditioning, and functional training. iHERn Tribe
This class is built for women who want to get strong, sculpt muscle, and master the barbell. With a focus on powerlifting fundamentals—squat, bench, and deadlift—paired with bodybuilding-style accessory work and strength and conditioning, you’ll learn proper technique, build lean muscle, and gain confidence under the weights. Whether you’re chasing a new PR or simply looking to reshape your physique, this supportive, women-only environment will challenge you, empowHERer you, and celebrate every new PR along the way. This class is made for any women wanting to try something new.

StrongHER Start
This fun and empowering class introduces girls to the basics of weightlifting, strength, and conditioning in a safe, supportive environment. Through age-appropriate training, they’ll learn proper technique, build strength, improve coordination, and boost confidence. Every session focuses on developing not just physical skills, but also teamwork, resilience, and a love for movement—helping girls feel strong inside and out.

Big GyHIM EnHERgy
Designed for all levels, this class gives you the chance to bring your spouse, brother or son to join you. We aim to create a supportive, challenging environment where everyone can push limits, get stronger, and level up their fitness together. This dynamic class blends the best of strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness for a total-body workout. You’ll build power with weightlifting, increase endurance with high-energy conditioning, and improve mobility with functional movements.

Mama PowHER
This supportive class brings together new moms, their babies, and expecting mothers for safe, effective workouts tailored to every stage of motherhood. With a focus on strength, mobility, and core stability, you’ll move through exercises designed to rebuild strength, boost energy, and support your body’s changing needs. Come connect with other moms, bond with your baby, and celebrate the incredible strength of motherhood in a welcoming, empowering space.

Spicy SatHERday
This class isn’t for the faint of heart—it’s designed to push you past your comfort zone and test your true fitness level. With a demanding mix of heavy lifts, explosive conditioning, and challenging endurance work, every session pushes your strength, grit, and mental toughness to the edge.
