I’m a wife, a mom to three amazing kids, and a dog mom to three busy pups. Life is full and active—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I also own and operate a hair salon in my home. I realized pretty quickly that in order to have a long, healthy career

behind the chair, I needed to start taking care of my body. That’s where mobility and strength training came in—and it completely changed my life.
Sports have always been a big part of my life, but it wasn’t until I started coaching in the gym that I truly found my passion. I am a certified personal trainer and group instructor, certified strength and conditioning coach, and have my nutrition certification. I love all aspects of movement and training, but what really lights me up is helping women discover their own strength and confidence through lifting.
Opening a gym with Hailey was a no-brainer. We wanted to create a space where women could learn how to lift weights properly, feel supported, and experience firsthand how fitness can enrich every area of their lives. For me, it’s not just about workouts—it’s about building a community where women feel strong, confident, and empowered inside and outside the gym.

I'm a wife and dog mom to two full of energy German Shepherds. I'm also a soon-to be-first-time-Mama to a baby girl! I am personal training and group training certified.
My love for the gym and fitness came from having personal training sessions with Sam and how much she encouraged and reassured me I could do hard things. I love lifting heavy and pushing myself to the limit!
Being pregnant had made me have to shift how I train now, but one thing that’s made all the difference during this pregnancy? Having a community of strong, supportive women around me. From other moms sharing real talk, to clients who inspire me every day—it’s reminded me that we’re not meant to do this alone. Pregnancy is beautiful, but it’s also hard… physically, emotionally, mentally. And having people who just get it? Game-changing.
Going through this change has made opening up a gym with Sam an even more exciting time, we want to continue to create the same support for others—a space where women can feel strong, seen and empowHERed at every stage of life. We want to help women build strength, confidence and healthy habits that lasts a lifetime. Can't wait to move, grow, and thrive—together!
Meet Coach Leesh
Alicia Lain, Certified Personal Trainer
I am a busy mom of three boys and a full-time teacher. I have a kinesiology degree, am a certified personal trainer, and am currently working on my nutritionist certification. I have always loved being physically active, but my focus has shifted in recent years. I used to be an avid runner and have completed three full marathons and more half-marathons than I can count. I still enjoy running, but my current fitness obsession is strength training.

I absolutely love coaching women and seeing their confidence grow as they build strength in the gym. One of my favourite things is seeing the look on a woman's face when she lifts heavier than she thinks she can - it never gets old! If I'm not lifting heavy in the gym or driving my boys to an arena, you will find me in the kitchen meal prepping.

Meet Coach L
LeeAnne Lavender, Certified Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor
I'm addicted to lifting heavy things, stretching and yoga, and cycling. I'm a certified personal trainer, spin instructor and yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (with special emphasis in yin and vinyasa flow). I am post-menopausal and passionate about women's health and well-being. I'm also a mom of three awesome daughters and Nana to three beautiful granddaughters. Can you get stronger and more flexible at any age? Yep, I believe in that!
Meet Coach A
Aly Morris, Chiropractor, Certified Personal Trainer & Exercise Physiologist
I have always been a competitive athlete and someone who prioritizes health and well-being. Sports and strength training have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember, shaping me into who I am today.
After graduating from Liberty University on a hockey scholarship, I realized I missed the energy and accountability of training with a team.

Heading to the gym on my own felt isolating, and I knew I needed the sense of community as i’ve always thrived as an athlete. That’s when I found coaches Hailey and Sam and their all women classes and have never looked back. The way women push each other, support each other, and celebrate strength inspires me every day, and I am extremely grateful to be joining the coaching team!
Helping others discover their own strength, confidence, and love for movement is my passion. Whether in the clinic, the classroom, or the gym, I love creating a space where people feel empowered to take control of their health, build strength, and see just how capable their bodies truly are.
When I’m not treating patients, teaching, or coaching, you can find me playing hockey or soccer, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying life with my fiancé, Jacob, and our puppy, Jax.
